The Site aims to provide information about the real estate crowdlending model and collaborative investment opportunities in real estate projects in Argentina. The content of the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute a public offering of securities or personalized financial advice.

To use the Site you must be over 18 years of age and have legal capacity to bind yourself contractually under the laws of the Argentine Republic. By using the Site, you declare that you meet these requirements.

Some services on the Site may require the creation of a user account. By registering, you agree to provide truthful, complete and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities carried out with your account.

Investments in real estate crowdlending carry risks, including but not limited to: • Partial or total loss of invested capital. • Delays in project execution timelines. • Variations between estimated and actual returns. • Risks associated with the Argentine real estate market and macroeconomic conditions. Brixolum does not guarantee fixed returns or recovery of invested capital. Return estimates are indicative and based on projections that may vary.

All content on the Site — including texts, graphics, logos, images, design, software and other elements — is the property of Brixolum S.A. or its licensors, and is protected by the intellectual property laws of the Argentine Republic (Law 11,723) and applicable international treaties. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Brixolum shall not be liable for: • Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. • Temporary service interruptions or technical errors. • The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of information published by third parties on the Site. • Losses arising from investment decisions made on the basis of information on the Site. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site, and by Personal Data Protection Law No. 25,326 and its complementary regulations.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the National Ordinary Commercial Courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, the parties waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that may correspond to them.

Brixolum reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
